FAQ

RETURN POLICY:
ALL SALES ARE FINAL unless discussed otherwise. We are not offering any exchanges for sizes at this time so please review sizing and ask questions as needed. Each design may be printed on a different brand. 

CHANGING ORDERS:
Changing orders are at our discretion. Once your order ships, no changes in orders can be made. Please review your order as carefully as possible.

SHIPPED TO WRONG ADDRESS:
Once your order is shipped, we are not responsible for your order going to an incorrect address that is submitted with your order. If you need to make changes to the address please contact us ASAP and before it ships.

SHIPPING:
Allow 5 business days for your non presale order to ship. You may have more than one tracking number depending on your order size. If your order includes a preordered and non preordered item, you package will ship once the preorder item is available. If you’d like your non preordered item sooner, please place two separate orders. 

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES:
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking number says your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact USPS or your mail delivery person for more information on the location of your package. 

DAMAGED ITEMS:
Damaged items must be photographed and sent to us within 5 business days of delivery of said item. Once this 5 days has lapsed, your order is no longer eligible for refund or replacement.
